Flick Quarterback, Flick Kicker, Flick Kick Field Goal

Well, the Superbowl is nearly here so it’s time to be the armchair Quarterback you’ve always longed to be. Or Kicker as the case may be. I much prefer the no pads, no rules, I don’t understand what’s going on down there game of Aussie Rules Football, but I admit to playing American football from time to time. I picked up three new games which have kept me entertained for hours so far – Flick Quarterback, Flick Kicker, Flick Kick Field Goal. Each is a mere $0.99 and features excellent graphics, well tuned game play, and simple but effect challenges to idle the time away.

Flick Quarterback gives you the chance to run plays, dodge rushers and try complete the pass. You can also work on drills, put the ball in the bucket, and complete plays.

Flick Kicker puts you in charge of making field goals from outrageous distances as well as challenging you with precision drill like hitting the uprights, splitting the uprights, kicking into zones in a specific order and making the long kick against the wind.

Flick Kick Field Goal is similar to Flick Kicker, but it’s not quite so arcade like. You have similar drills of making long kicks into the wind, hitting targets in order, running drills. It just as entertaining as the rest and you’ll wonder where the time went.

The first two feature officially licensed NFL teams, complete with logos and dance moves. You can also put some "English" on the ball and give it some spin to try and control the angle. That adds an interesting element.

So which one would I choose? I wouldn’t. I would get all three. Seriously, they’re 99 cents. How can you be cheap and not get all three? They’re all a heck of a lot of fun, run very well and feature nice smooth graphics.

Don’t just take my word for it, even though you should, check out hundreds of high ratings and check out the developer websites:
