Freemake Video Converter 4.0.3

I previously wrote about this fantastic tool for converting and playing just about any type of video format you could come across. It will even convert videos for codecs you don’t even have installed. That’s part of it’s beauty. I don’t have any AVI codes installed on one of my machines, but I can still watch AVI files or convert them over to MP4 (my preferred format).

Why do I bring Freemake up again? Well, the tools itself is free and doesn’t have any restrictions on what you can do or what you can covert.

Until now…

For promotional reasons an additional video frame with Freemake logo is added at the end of the videos longer than 5 minutes unless Freemake Gold Pack is activated

While the $9.99 price tag is dirt, dirt cheap and I bought my Gold Pack key the first day I found this tool, the previous version doesn’t have this new change. If you want a free video converter that handles just about video format out there, plus DVD, plus joining and splitting files and takes up only a couple of meg in size, then you need to download a copy. It’s an amazing piece of software.

I encourage you to spend the couple bucks to help development, but if you can’t, click this link before the previous version is gone for good.
