Diamond Grillz Limited Time Building (LTB) – Building Payout and Upgrade Cost – Crime City
It’s to get started on a new LTB and this time it’s the Diamond Grillz. It’s a small building with a base cost of $90 million. This should be a decent building to add to your collection, but it won’t be available to some of the lower level IPH players. At the base price, it’ll cost $22 billion to upgrade this all the way, no small chunk of change by any means. At that level the payout is $43 million with a collection time of 12 hours. Oh yes, this is a high dollar building with a short collection time. Lots of money to be made and a ton to be lost if you don’t collect from it. If you have the modifiers you can even push this to $70 million per collection cycle. That’s pretty damn sweet.
Now, for those with tons of cash and you have two of these upgrading you can get away with spending $20 billion to get both to level 10. Don’t know if I can make that, but this will be the first LTB that I upgrade 2 at a time. With modifiers, this building has some nice stats. Sure, it sort of looks like the Tsar’s Teahouse, but what do I care? It has a small footprint and high IPH. I have to calculate it out, but I might actually use a little gold on this one to get all 10 done before time runs out – if I have enough cash.
The prize for this building is the Bling Teeth which comes with 25,867 Attack and 22,937 Defense. It also carries a +1% Melee Attack Bonus that is stackable.
