Dockside Warehouse Limited Time Building (LTB) – Building Payout and Upgrade Cost – Crime City

It’s time for another LTB and if you were paying attention you were able to get a massive headstart on this one. Gree messed up and put the building in the Store several days ago so I already have 2 of these built with one already at level 6. I checked my inventory and I do indeed have 6 of the Smuggler’s Vans that are given out as a prize. I thought this was just a new building they added so I went ahead and started. I should have known something was a little screwy based on the stats.

What we have is the Dockside Warehouse which has a collection time of 16 hours. Yes, it’s already got people distressed over the collection time. The initial cost is $116 million with a base output of $859,259. To be honest, it’s not a bad building. I already have some 16 hour buildings so the time doesn’t bother me. But this rascal is going to cost you. Without any bonuses, it’s over $29 Billion to upgrade fully. That $30 Billion investment will net you close to $65 Million every 16 hours.

On the flip side, if you do have some bonuses, things get a lot better. The total cost is only $14 Billion with an output over $116 Million per 16 hours. It’s nowhere near as good as the Grillz building, but it’s not too shabby. It will certainly bring in some income over the long haul.
The prize for each upgrade is – Smuggler’s Van Atk-395,874 / Def – 98,868 with a 1% Car Defense. It’s not as good as the last building that’s for sure. But unless something goes horribly awry, I should have 10 of these in a couple days from now. I already have 6 so I’m way ahead. Hopefully you got a jump on the game and have a couple of levels under your belt.

Just to throw a couple figures out there, I’m currently tracking at $177M IPH with $80B in the bank. With both of these fully upgraded, I should be tracking pretty well to hit $200M IPH.
