BestBuy needs to work on their return policy

Bought a 2 year service plan on a point and shoot camera. Camera tore itself to pieces and needed to be replaced. Spent almost two hours just trying to get them to replace the damn thing with a comparable model. Ended up going to another store, who then said they couldn’t actually replace it. That can only be done at the original store of purchase.

Oh I don’t think so!

I was about to go El Fuego when the manager decided maybe it wasn’t worth her time to piss me off. Oh yes, I would make a scene in the middle of the store during your massive sale.
