Things are going to crap at work

Things aren’t going well at work. Bossman is acting like an ass and causing all sorts of problems. He’s not managing and we’re starting to hear that he’s been talking crap about us behind our backs and saying we haven’t been "stepping up". We’ve been covering for him for nearly a year and have started making some waves about it. Looks like that’s going to come back and bite us in the ass.

Guess Bossman doesn’t want to get found out that he’s an incompetent boob.
