Park Trafficking Event on hold until around 3PM EST or later–Crime City

Not sure what happened, but it looks like the Park Trafficking event had a couple of glitches and has been delayed. It should still start today, but it will be later today, perhaps 3PM or later EST.

And for those that are panicking, NO ONE has the event so you aren’t missing out on anything.
