O&O DiskImage 11 Pro For Just US$ 10 – World Backup Day!

Well, this is one heck of a sale. If you don’t already have a backup program in place, or you need to upgrade, O&O DiskImage is a solid product and this is a fantastic price. I don’t believe they’ve ever offered it for this low. DiskImage does more than just back up files, it’s also a tool for disk cloning including the system files, disk images to make a complete copy of the entire disk and can create a recovery disk. About the only thing I don’t like is their new UI. They continue this trend of making an interface drawn by a child. It’s so juvenile as to distract from the power of their application. O&O Spring Cleanup Bundle and Discount

It’s time for Spring Cleaning and here is another computer bundle, this time from O&O software. It includes: DiskImage for making a backup of your system or for cloning and entire drive Defrag to keep files tidy. AutoBackup for backing up files and syncing files to external drives SafeErase for deleting Temp files, Internet files, Wiping Free Space and even the entire drive I’ve used DiskImage in the past and it has worked quite well for me. It’s currently scheduled to make an image of my C:\ drive every two weeks. So if something goes wrong with that drive, it should just be a matter of replacing it, restoring the image and back up and running.
