A new TV series in the making?

With the wild success of Star Trek, will this get rolled into a new TV series? With everything finishing up for the season there would be plenty of time to get a series done for the new season. The only real stumbling block seems to be getting Zachary Quinto off Heroes and into this new role. Since I gave up on Heroes for this season I have no idea if he’s even still a part of the show and what his future is.

I for one would be tuning in if they went the Star Trek route.
