The wicked devil of pastry is upon us!

Dammit man! How cruel is it to bring in 3 dozen donuts on a Monday morning? I don’t ride the bike like a spandex clad madman for nothing ya know! Go away you tempting pastries, go away! No wait, come back. Get in my belly!

1000 Bornes® HD or Mille Bornes® – $0.99

I’m not really sure why, but I’ve always been a big fan of this game. I love the simplicity and fun. Many months ago I found Millarium which is a nice rendition of the game for the iPad. Sadly, that game has disappeared, which means no updates or fixes. But, to my excitement, I found another Mille Bornes game, this time with cartoony graphics and bobbleheads. It appears there are two versions which I can only assume are the iPhone and iPad games converted to be a Universal app. If you’re a fan of Mille Borne, or card games in general you might want to check this one out. It’s only a dollar so I hardly think you can go wrong. Give it a shot and tell me what you think. My copy is downloading now.   Mille Bornes® 1000 Bornes® HD

Server 2008 and Exchange 2010

Yay! I did it! After some trickery with IIS and a few other network services I had Windows 2008 ready to accept the power of Exchange 2010. I’m stunned that Exchange only took 12 minutes to completely install. And it was working too. I was able to make mailboxes and set properties. The only thing left to do is log into OWA and see if this baby really works. By the way, I forgot just how annoying IE is on a Windows Server. You can’t go anywhere with that damn security in place. Solution? Damn right, download Firefox.

Oops, steady on …

Let’s not forget some DCPromo action. I jumped ahead of myself and forgot all about making an Active Directory domain. Oh, how I long for the days of NT4 when every machine was a Domain Controller and you could go for broke right outta the gate. Every problem could be solved by bringing up another PDC or BDC. Curse this wicked planning!
