American Hefeweizen is starting to boil

I have more kits than I know what to do with so an American Hefeweizen is in the kettle today. I figure I’ll stick with the lighter style beers for this weekend. I’ve gotten an early start, the weather is somewhat cool, and I have plenty of time left in the day, I just might try to make another batch after this one completes. This Hefeweizen is amazingly simple with just a grain bag and one bag of hops. It kind of makes itself. So which to do next, Aussie Ale or Ginger Beer?

The finished is looking pretty good. This beer was a personal favorite of mine. I hope this batch turns out as good as the original one.
