Get MADE! Mob-Themed USPCC BICYCLE® Playing Card Decks

Here’s another card project for you, this time Mafia themed. I really like the style of this card set, it captures the period pretty damn well – we have the gangsters, the femme fatales, the cars, the guns and the money. For right now there are two card styles – Gold and Silver. I say for right now because you never know what’s going to come up next as different levels are unlocked. Aside from the cards there are plenty of other goodies associated with this project. We have the Display Box, the Canvas Prints and the Liquid Courage box. Those are worth getting on their own. Muertos – Day of the Dead Playing Cards

It’s the final hours of the Muertos – Day of the Dead Playing Cards and the cards and rewards are amazing. Originally, this Kickstarter project was just for the stunning Muertos cards – a fantastic set of cards celebrating Dia de los Muertos trimmed in gold. From  there we got Mourning cards and now we have the Celebration deck, the Sun deck and the Love deck all celebrating the spirit of life. The decks are some of the best I’ve seen and considering the caliber of the decks I already have, that’s saying something. These decks are fantastic and there’s no way I could possibly choose between them so of course I have to get them all. Rise of Nations Extended Edition Now Available on Steam

Even more good news, Rise of Nations Extended Edition is now available on Steam. I got the original version several months ago and had one hell of a time playing. It ended quite badly with the threat of nuclear weapons, but that’s another story. It was great to be back in the genre of the RTS and after checking out the updated edition of Age of Empires I decided to order RoN. Well, the pre-order is over and the full game is available. And for $20 you get both the original game and the Thrones and Patriots Expansion  pack. That should give you plenty of civilations to play and lots of troop movement. One of the main things I loved about RoN and AoE was that you didn’t have to play multiplayer to have a good time. You could play on your own against 1 to 7 other opponents. SpinTires now available on Steam

This is some exciting news, the completed version of SpinTires is now available on Steam. If you recall, this game was funded through Kickstarter and has been available as a tech demo for several months. I’ve taken it for a spin a few dozen times and it never ceases to entertain with massive trucks slogging through mud pits and fording rivers. There was also the occasional bashing of trees and driving over other trucks, but we won’t go into that. All in all, this was wild fun even when the game had no point other than to drive around. But now the game has objectives and tasks. You have to complete missions such as loading trucks or reaching certain destinations. As the game itself states – "Explore the levels and unlock portions of the map whilst discovering new trucks, fuelling stations, garages and lumber mills." Mikes Tattoo Palace – Limited Time Building (LTB) Payout and Upgrade Costs – Crime City

With the Syndicate Event over it’s time to move to a new Limited Time Building and with that we have Mike’s Tattoo Palace. This is a small building with a 4×4 footprint and an initial cost of $140 million. That is a pretty steep initial investment and without any modifiers this building escalates pretty quickly. If you take this to Level 10 it will cost a mere $35 billion. That’s national debt style money. But anyway, crazy high prices. However, if you happen to have some modifiers you might be able to float this for only $17 billion. Egad, that ain’t cheap! So what’s the prize for this massive outlay of cash? It’s the Poisoned Ink (27,325A/14712D) with stackable +1% Armor Attack. At the lower levels that doesn’t bad, but that is a crap weapon for a billion dollars. Come on Gree, what’s the deal here?
