Tree Lot Limited Time Building (LTB) – Building Payout and Upgrade Cost – Crime City
The next LTB is out and to keep with the holiday theme, it’s a Tree Lot. I’ve never heard of a Tree Lot going to $65 million, but hey, not much in this game makes sense anymore. As with other buildings of late, the buy-in is a little steep. This won’t be a beginners building. As mentioned, the initial cost is $65 million with an initial payout of $343k. The payout time of 10 hours can be a little awkward. The chances of it getting robbed are pretty high at that rate. I know from personal experience that Haunted Church is a sitting duck sometimes.
If you upgrade this all the way, you’ll pay $16 Billion and get an income of $25 million per 10 hours or $50 million per day. That makes it a pretty decent building overall. However, if you have modifiers, you can get away with paying around $8 Billion and earn $42 million per 10 hours or a nice $84 million per day. That’s not too shabby if you hit the collection times right.
What do you get for the trouble? The Tree Cutter which has the following stats: 24,747A / 30,246, +1% Melee Defense.
As always, is this worth it? Apart from the collection time it’s a good building to have. The upgrades aren’t too bad, especially with modifiers. This will be a tough on for lower level IPH players to get. And of course there is the question, if you bought the previous building, the Wild Turkey Saloon, is it worth getting this building or adding an upgrade to your previous building? I haven’t really worked it out, but seems like it might be better to have 2 different LTBs for now with their short upgrade times so you can always come back to them later after accumulating more cash.
I already have building underway and will start the second right after it finishes. I plan to upgrade both of these to Level 10, even though I won’t be done in time for the big prize. I have the modifiers so I think it’s worth the effort to get both and build them up.
