Broadway Bowl Limited Time Building (LTB) – Building Payout and Upgrade Cost – Crime City

After a long, long wait, the new Broadway Bowl LTB is now out with an initial cost of $52 Million and a payout of $328283 every 12 hours. Lots of people are against 12 hour buildings, but my hood is a total hodge podge of buildings that it doesn’t really matter anymore. I have 1 hour buildings, 3 hour, 6, 8, 10, 12, 13, 14, 18, 24, 26 and 48 hour collection times. Adding another 10 hour building to the mix doesn’t phase me. However, how good is this building? Well, to upgrade fully is $13 Billion which is a ton. The payout is pretty reasonable at $24 Million, but I see some loss of income due to this getting robbed. You’ll easily miss one of the collection times. If you have modifiers, you can get $40 Million which puts it right in line with the Tree Lot. Loot Drops for the last few hours of Season Surprise Event – Crime City

I just saw this list and got both the -10% Build Time and the -50% Bank Deposit. I had no idea these were out there, so pick and choose what you want. They don’t stack so once you get an item move on to something else. Getting a second won’t help. Get it on! Loot drops are back for those that didn’t get them the first time!!! You really need to get over to Steam and check out the sales

Oh my goodness, would you look at all the stuff on sale at Steam! I thought the previous sales were outrageous! You can pick up Grid: Autosport for $13. You can snag SpinTires for $10. You can get Rise of Nations for $5. You can get the Age of Empires II HD bundle for $8.50. And there is all sorts of DLC and Expansion Packs on sale. It makes me dizzy scrolling through the list! Just about everything is on sale. If you need some new games to play, jump over there and load up that cart! Hell, I just picked up the Golf Club for a fraction of the release price!

It’s time to break out your wallets and head over to the Steam Holiday Sale

Don’t put that wallet away just yet, Steam has kicked off their holiday sale and there is an enormous selection of games on sale. This will run through the New Year (Jan 2) and already includes hundreds of games and will rotate through a huge part of their catalog. Lots of games in my Wishlist are on sale like Gauntlet, Flockers, The Golf Club, Life is Feudal just to name a few. And on the main page games like Next Car Game, Grid Autosport and all the DLC, Road Redemption, SpinTires, Batman, the Total War series, Nancy Drew titles, Kerbal Space Program, Terreria and Assetto Corsa just to hit a couple of highlights. The amount of titles on sale is pretty damn staggering. I don’t really need anymore games, since I’ve mainly switched over to playing Shroud of the Avatar these days, but some of these titles really have my interest. Tree Lot Limited Time Building (LTB) – Building Payout and Upgrade Cost – Crime City

The next LTB is out and to keep with the holiday theme, it’s a Tree Lot. I’ve never heard of a Tree Lot going to $65 million, but hey, not much in this game makes sense anymore. As with other buildings of late, the buy-in is a little steep. This won’t be a beginners building. As mentioned, the initial cost is $65 million with an initial payout of $343k. The payout time of 10 hours can be a little awkward. The chances of it getting robbed are pretty high at that rate. I know from personal experience that Haunted Church is a sitting duck sometimes. If you upgrade this all the way, you’ll pay $16 Billion and get an income of $25 million per 10 hours or $50 million per day. That makes it a pretty decent building overall. However, if you have modifiers, you can get away with paying around $8 Billion and earn $42 million per 10 hours […]
