Call of Juarez Gunslinger on Sale at Steam

I bought this game a few months back and have enjoyed the hell out of it. I’m usually not one for first person shooters. The idea of running around some abandoned building, industrial park or space station really doesn’t appeal to me. But you put me in the Old West with some six-shooters, sawn off shotguns and bundles of dynamite and now you have my interest. Gunslinger is a retelling of the Old West as seen by Silas Greaves. He’s on the path of vengeance and while sitting in a saloon he tells his story. You play along, performing the heroic deeds, deadly escapes and multiple head shots. It’s very similar to the old style arcade pop-up games where the bad guys dart out and you have to pick them off. In that respect it’s incredibly fun and satisfying.
