No games this weekend?!

Wow, what the heck happened there? I think this is the first weekend I haven’t bought any new games for the iPod. Of course I did grab plenty of good ones during the week like Dungeon Scroll, The Deep, The Mummy, so it’s not like I’m deprived. Got my ass kicked in Dungeon Scroll by the way. I wasn’t paying attention in Dungeon 7 or something and lost all my HPs. And right when I clicked the Oracle tile too! I was waiting til the monster showed on the screen before trying to spell a word, definitely a bad strategy.

Roasted chicken and biking

Whatever calories I burned off yesterday I’ve put back on today. I devoured that pizza for lunch and now half a roasted chicken has met its demise at my hands, or at my knife and fork to be exact. Gonna need to do a few laps on the bike to balance this out.

BestBuy needs to work on their return policy

Bought a 2 year service plan on a point and shoot camera. Camera tore itself to pieces and needed to be replaced. Spent almost two hours just trying to get them to replace the damn thing with a comparable model. Ended up going to another store, who then said they couldn’t actually replace it. That can only be done at the original store of purchase. Oh I don’t think so! I was about to go El Fuego when the manager decided maybe it wasn’t worth her time to piss me off. Oh yes, I would make a scene in the middle of the store during your massive sale.

Criterium Race

Went downtown and watched the Criterium Race. Damn, those guys are nuts! 2 hours at top speed! It was a cool race and a fantastic night. Feeling pretty good from the earlier ride of my own.
