Well isn’t this an interesting turn of events. Ubuntu will ship as the default OS for an as of yet unnamed series of phones. It will follow suit with Microsoft and Windows 8 by developing a single OS that will be used on mobile and desktop devices. Ubuntu has made massive strides over the years to become a very powerful yet easy to use OS. This is a huge step in the mobile market. People have issue with Apple and their "walled garden" approach. Android offers lots of user customization but each phone has a different flavor. Now, Ubuntu will offer endless customization with a controlled release channel. This is going to be interesting… Ubuntu now fits on your phone
