Looks like Gree handed over a trunk full of gold bars

I saw a comment about Gree bumping up the gold reserves by 50 gold this morning., but I didn’t actually see that until I updated to the latest release. On restart there was indeed an extra 50 gold bars in my stash. That’s pretty cool! I can get behind this. Gree needs to do this a little more often to keep people interested. As an aside, I actually had a streak of opens and got to the 10th Tank Key this morning. That gives me the Urban Body Armor, which is some pretty weak sauce for a week’s worth of effort, but at least it’s something. I still think Gree needs to adjust the success rate of the opens. And endless series of BLNT is REALLY getting old. Their idea of Fair Chance and mine don’t seem to jive. I highly doubt the Fair Chance is even 50/50. I’m already sick and tired of this Tank Key event

Crime City, especially this Tank Key event is really starting to wear on me. It’s been 3 days and I only have 6 successful opens. Of course I’m only using cash which explains why I’m doing so poorly. These events are just an excuse to get people to use gold out of frustration or because they want to dominate those leaderboards. With all of these events coming back to back Crime City has turned into a grind. It’s becoming an endless nag to spend money to keep upgrading. A lot of the fun has just gone. I’ve pretty much given up on this event. I’m going to focus on raising cash for my Syndicate and get ready for the next Battle for Crime City. Not that I really liked that event last time either. Come on Gree, up the percentage of successful opens without forcing people to spend real cash to get gold. I’ve already put money into buying this […]

Key Case Event – Collect the Tank Keys – Crime City

Alas, I had to give up on the Leather Case Event. Try as I might, I just couldn’t get Bearer Bond #9. I went into overtime, but it just wasn’t mean to be. Oh well, I knew it wasn’t going to go well since I lost out on a complete day due to some stupid glitch. But on to the next event. This time it’s the Key Case Event where we collect Tank Keys for fabulous cash and prized. This time around it’s a 5, 10, 15, 20 event, which I personally don’t like, but it’s not up to me now is it? At least we get the full 5 days on this one. As usual I bet I won’t get past #10. The drop rate is good, but the open rate sucks. But on to Battle and let’s see what happens
