Wicked Wednesday LTQ – Crime City

It’s time for the Wicked Wednesday LTQ and it’s a bit of the old school way of doing thing. If you’re lucky you’ll have some of these targets pre-hit from months ago. I jumped through the first couple of levels, but like every other event I hit the wall pretty quick as the energy to complete certain levels is pretty high. John Rhino in the Financial District has tapped me out for the moment. If I’m lucky I’ll have pre-hits for the next level, but if not it looks like this will be the end. Oh well, I don’t expect to get very far in these events and the prizes really aren’t worth too much more effort. Plague Inc Evolved – Chronic Masturbation Has Successfully Eliminated All Life On Earth

We knew it was only a matter of time, but my disease, Chronic Masturbation has ended all life on earth. See what happens when you spend all your time in front of a computer? Anyway, as I mentioned the Plague Inc Evolved Early Access version of the game is available on Steam and I grabbed a copy as soon as I got home. I’ve tried a couple of games and just got finished off the world in the Bacteria level. I managed to penetrate Greenland and make the contagion resistant to cold. I also invested in symptoms that are more deadly in the cold. That’s been the biggest problem – I can get every part of the world but Greenland. Once they shut down the seaport it’s all over. Plague Inc comes to the Desktop via Steam and Early Access

The deadly hit, Plague Inc is spreading across to a new platform and is now in Early Access on Steam. For those with tablets, this has been a big hit and you can spend hours trying to find the right combination of Transmission,Symptom and Ability to cause havoc and destruction on a global scale. But now Plague Inc is available on Steam with all the features you know and plenty of new ones to come. It looks like you’ll be able to play both sides of the coin – create the cure or destroy the world. As expected this is Early Access which means it’s basically an Alpha builds that is prone to crashes and won’t be feature complete. It’s time for another Limited Time Quest and Syndicate Event. Bring out your vault of gold and get your friends ready to jump in and help. There are some big prizes up for grabs, but like always this is going to take a huge amount of energy and you have to decide which one you want to complete. I don’t see how you can complete both unless you plan to heist a bank and use it all to buy gold. Anyway, good luck! Relax on the Beach, Beachfront Retreat Limited Time Building (LTB) – Crime City

Gree has posted the new Limited Time Building (LTB) for Crime City and this one goes in a different direction than all the other. This time around we have a defense building with 10,000 defense to start. The reward for completing each upgrade is a new BMW Beach Roadster with 21725/14483 Atk/Def +1% Car Attack. On the surface it doesn’t look half bad, a way to increase your defense and perhaps keep some urchin thieves at bay. But look at the cost of this thing! It starts at $100 million. The first upgrade is $116 million. Jump to the end and it’s $10 BILLION for the final upgrade. Without any modifiers this building will cost $25 Billion to finish. And that’s before you use any gold to actually beat the clock. Even with a 50% Cost Reduction it still costs $4.9 Billion for the final upgrade and $12 Billion overall.
