Bicycle Mayhem Playing Cards deck by Cardicians

It’s time to support another Kickstarter Project and yes it’s another deck of Bicycle Playing Cards and once again it’s by the Cardicians. I already have their Dark Templar deck and the Steel deck is on the way, but these guys aren’t resting, they’ve come up with another design that looks just as amazing – Mayhem Playing Cards. This is a great looking deck with deep red colors and impressive intricate designs. It only took one look to add 2 decks to my order. But that’s not all, there are dice, chips, coins, and even a complete poker set. And if you fancy some clothing, they have plenty of shirt offerings. I’m totally on board for this one and wanted to pass it along. Bicycle Mayhem Playing Cards deck by Cardicians

Victory! The Cradle of Love in Syndicate Boss Event – Dell’s Rampage – Crime City

It’s been a long road, but the final prize from Dell’s Delinquents, The Cradle of Love, has just been delivered. We battled all through the night and with a few hours to spare got rid of the last Boss on Elite. Lordy I’m exhausted. But it’s a pretty sweet prize and I’ve picked up some other good ones along the way. Not as many as I would like, but a few decent ones. We had one close call where we were quite literally 2 minutes away from losing the Boss. Bit of a scramble for some gold I’m afraid, but the sacrifice had to be made. We gunned him down in the streets right before he could make a getaway. Too damn close for comfort. Still a few hours left. Good luck everyone!

If you like books, this is a must have application for your device. Voice Dream Reader turns every book you own into an audiobook. You can listen to whatever you want, wherever you want. You don’t have to wait nor do you have to pay the massive expensive of audiobooks. Simply load your book into Voice Dream and listen to it any time. I’ve listened to the Classics downloaded off Gutenberg as well as book ordered off Amazon. Voice Dream supports Dropbox which makes it incredibly easy to import your books. And just because a book comes from Amazon doesn’t mean you can’t listen to it. Voice Dream can’t directly read those pesky DRM protected .MOBI files, but with the power of Calibre you can easily convert them so you can listen to anything you buy off Amazon. Voice Dream is a great app to have while working around the house, mowing the lawn or driving in the car. I’ve […]

Back into the wilds of Minecraft

I’ve forgotten the last time I played Minecraft, but out of the blue I felt the need to walk the open plains, to build a box out of mud and sand and call it home, to thrash the tall grass in search of wheat and run like the dickens as I turn the corner and come face to face with a Creeper. It’s been so long that I had to set up an all new account with Mojang. My copy was so old it didn’t even understand how to log me in. That was an easy fix and then I was back in the game. Wow, things look so different! Sure, the blocks are the same, but there are so many new recipes and the survival mode is a hell of a lot harder than I remember. I lost count of the number of times I suffered the indignity of being shot in the back by a skeleton. Everything would […]
