Games to get in the Steam Summer Sale

The Steam Summer Sale is in full swing and there are hundreds of games on sale. I’ve already bought several new collections of games that I’m looking forward to checking out, but there are some games I’ve already been playing that I think you should get while they’re discounted. These are all under $10 while some are under $5.

Banished – A great game of city building, but it’s so much harder and more complex than it looks.

Betrayer – A creepy and mysterious first-person shooter with lots of puzzle solving elements.

Besiege – Build a machine of mass destruction and turn it loose on the sheep!

TinyKeep – I’m not sure why I’m in prison, I’m sure it’s an honest mistake, but I’m bustin out of this joint!

Age of Empires II – One of the greatest city builder/RTS games ever made.

Rise of Nations – Another stunning RTS that goes from bows and arrows to nuclear warheads.

Baldur’s Gate – Deep story and the classic dungeon crawler

Baldur’s Gate II – Enhanced and updated!

Dungeon Siege Collection – All 3 games from the Dungeon Siege series which was a pretty decent adventure game in it’s own right.

Bioshock Triple Pack – All 3 creepy games from the Bioshock series.

Icewind Dale – It’s all about fighting monster and searching for loot!

Spiderweb Software Complete Pack – 13 dungeon crawling games for $13. Come on now, that’s one hell of a deal!

Even though this list is small, it should provide hours and hours of entertainment. Considering a movie costs $11 and will be over and done within 2 hours, spending $10 on a game that will last you several days or even a few weeks is a pretty good investment.
