Not to be outdone, Gameloft is celebrating the release of the iPhone4 by putting several of their big titles on sale for $0.99! GT Racing: Motor Academy UNO Brothers in Arms 2: Global Front Gangstar: West Coast Hustle Shrek Kart N.O.V.A. Near Orbit Vanguard Alliance Assassin’s Creed: Altaïr’s Chronicles I think I’ll be getting most of these! This is an awesome and most of the games were $4.99 before the drop so it’s a big savings! Gameloft gave away a pretty impressive array of games over the last two weeks. I think I got 5 new games out of the deal. I missed 1, had 4 of the other games and 1 of them really wasn’t on my list. But hey, it’s generous as hell to give away games like that. I do find it funny that there are people out there who whined and complained because they missed out or the game they wanted wasn’t given away. Damn, some people are stupid and can’t even be happy with free… I think the most amusing game might actually be Bridge Odyssey

I slashed my way through Dungeon Hunter

After much hacking and slashing I completed my first run through Dungeon Hunter as the Barbarian. There is a multi-part quest at the very end with multiple bosses that must be defeated before you face the final showdown with the Queen. Loot is flying fast and furious in this final stage and there are multiple hordes trying to do you in. It gets ugly in there. But first, let’s get the bad stuff out of the way. There’s a couple of things which I didn’t like about the game: Merchants are useless – While they’re useful for dumping junk weapons in a hurry they don’t sell anything useful. Every weapon I used I found along the way. To expand that, what is the point of gold in this game? If I can’t buy any cool weapons why do I need gold? I have the same complaints about Diablo.
